Dr Tomasz OszakoSenior researcher in Department of Forest Phytopathology, Forest Research Institute in Sękocin, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland 
 Research interests:
 Determination and amelioration of the natural resistance of trees, especially such species as poplar, larch and pine.
 Studies on diseases of broad-leaved tree species ( mainly oak, beech, birch and ash) and modelling of the relationships between state of the environment, host-plants and pathogenic organisms.
 Forest protection as a part of the natural environment: forest management methods to increase forest sustainability and biodiversity.
 Interdisciplinary assessments of environmental impact.
 Biomonitoring of the environment.
 The forest decline phenomenon.
