BACK TO PRECEDING PAGE In the line with 3rd call for research projects in 6th Framework Programme, in a framework of priority 6.3 “Global changes and ecosystems” (FP-2004-Global-3), on October 2004, the outline stage of proposal of EFORWOOD project was proposed. The EFORWOOD project - Tool for Sustainability Impact Assessment of the Forestry-Wood Chain, is planned as an Integrated Project and the Forest Research Institute is one of the partners involved. Dr Wojciech Grodzki participated in common works over this proposal from the beginning. The outline stage was accepted by European Commission. The meeting, held on January 25-26, 2005 in Uppsala, Sweden, was organized by prof. Kaj Rosen, director of SKOGFORSK (Swedish Forest Research Institute).
